On a building site the technical trades are among the last to arrive and the first to be blamed when sign-off slips. We work the other way round: we enter the programme at design stage, so the electrical infrastructure and the ductwork are accounted for before the walls close.
We deliver the distribution board, lighting, power and data infrastructure, and the complete HVAC system — VRF, chillers, split units and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery — on new builds and refurbishments alike. The crew is ours, with no subcontracting, so the programme we agree with the client or the main contractor is the programme the crew works to.
Certification runs alongside the work rather than after it. Whoever takes handover also takes the full technical file: drawings, test results and declarations, ready for inspection.
