The challenge
In a residential building put up from scratch, the electrical and climate installations have to track every phase of the build and stay coordinated with structure, plumbing, finishes and the other trades. At Veram Apartments, King Service came in from the early phases to deliver both trades as one job.
The work
Climate control first fix was carried out across all 14 units, preparing the infrastructure for bedrooms and living rooms, with the air conditioning equipment installed afterwards. In parallel, the building's entire electrical installation was delivered: apartments, unit boards, main switchboard, car parks and common areas.
The outcome
The project was followed from the initial infrastructure through to the completion of the installations. With electrical and climate work under the same technical team, coordination between trades stopped depending on meetings between separate companies.
