Terms of use

Last updated: 11 August 2026

By using kingservice.pt you accept the conditions set out on this page. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

This site presents King Service’s climate control and electrical installation services and lets you ask for a proposal. It is a channel for information and contact — it is not a shop: nothing here is bought or contracted online.

Quote requests

The form is how you tell us what you need. Sending it creates no contract and binds neither party: we reply with a proposal, and only written acceptance of that proposal binds. Any figures shown on the site are indicative and depend on a survey of the site.

Published information

We do our best to keep the content correct and current, but it may contain errors or fall out of date. The projects shown describe work carried out; the stock photographs still illustrating some sections are identified in the site credits. Nothing here replaces a technical survey of your installations.

Intellectual property

The text, images, trade marks and the site’s own code belong to King Service or to whoever licensed them. You may read and share the pages; you may not copy, reproduce or reuse the content for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party trade marks mentioned or shown belong to their respective owners.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may interrupt or change the site at any time, in particular for maintenance. We are not liable for damage arising from using the site or from being unable to use it, except where the law says otherwise.

Links to other sites

Some links lead to third-party sites, such as the Portuguese electronic complaints book or WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not answerable for their content or policies.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top. Portuguese law applies and, for any dispute, the courts of Faro have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rules protecting consumers.
