Consumer dispute resolution
We have not signed up to any alternative consumer dispute resolution body. Even so, and as Portuguese Law 144/2015 requires us to state, in the event of a dispute the consumer may turn to the body with territorial jurisdiction over the Algarve — the Algarve consumer dispute information, mediation and arbitration centre (CIMAAL).
