This page explains what personal data we collect through kingservice.pt, what it is used for, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
Only what you give us in the quote request form: name, company, email, phone and how you prefer to be contacted, together with the technical answers about the installation (sector, size, number of buildings, whether there is a maintenance contract, how often things break down and how urgent it is). We collect nothing else on the site and run no analytics, advertising or profiling tools.
What it is used for
To answer your request: to understand what you need, prepare the proposal and reach you through the channel you chose. We use it for nothing else, and we neither sell it nor pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
On what legal basis
On your consent, given when you submit the form, and for pre-contractual steps taken at your request — the basis the General Data Protection Regulation provides for preparing a contract the data subject asked for.
Who has access
Our technical and commercial team. On the technical side, the site is hosted by Vercel, the form email is delivered by Resend and the mailboxes are with Hostinger. These three companies process the data on our behalf and only to provide the service we contracted; they do not use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep the request for as long as the commercial contact lasts. With no contract, we delete it a year after the last interaction. With a contract, documents of fiscal relevance are kept for the periods the law imposes — ten years, in the case of invoicing.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, for correction or erasure, for restriction of or objection to processing, and for portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. Write to geral@kingservice.pt. If you feel we have not resolved it, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, at www.cnpd.pt.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores only what it needs: your language preference and the decision you make in the cookie strip. Neither identifies you nor follows you across other sites. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. If we ever add audience measurement, it will only run with your consent, and this page will be updated first.
