Do you work outside normal business hours?
Yes — maintenance contracts include a direct line for after-hours breakdowns, with a response time set out in the contract.
Do you only handle new installations, or older equipment too?
We do both. We carry out electrical installations and HVAC systems on new builds, refurbishments and renovations — from adapting or replacing existing installations to delivering complete new systems. We also handle preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and climate control installations.
Do you cover the whole Algarve, or just Loulé and the surrounding area?
The whole Algarve, from Sagres to Vila Real de Santo António. We're based in Loulé; the crew travels according to the contract.
How does the free technical audit work?
A site visit to survey the installed equipment, followed by a written report on what's at risk and what to prioritise — no obligation to hire us.
Do you work with general contractors, or only directly with building owners?
Both. On new builds we coordinate directly with the owner or the contractor; for maintenance, the contract is usually direct with whoever manages the building.
