The challenge

In a high-end villa built from scratch — four bedrooms upstairs, a large living room downstairs and outdoor social areas — the brief was to combine thermal comfort, indoor air quality and technical integration without the equipment starting to dictate how each room looked.

The work

All the first fix and, later, the installation of the climate systems: split units in the bedrooms and a ducted solution in the living room, each space with the system that suits it. A central MVHR unit — mechanical ventilation with heat recovery — was installed in a plant area and distributed through the various rooms, along with the home automation systems.

The outcome

The villa ended up with climate control, ventilation and automation working as one solution, matched to what each space needed. The mechanical ventilation keeps indoor air renewal under control without relying on open windows.
