What decides the return on a solar installation is not the installed capacity: it is how much of that output the building uses at the moment it is produced. So we start with the consumption profile — what is used, and at what hour — and size for self-consumption rather than for the biggest number on the quote.
We install on flat and pitched roofs, with mounting suited to the slab and to coastal wind loads. We handle the inverters, the protection devices, the permitting and the grid connection, and we leave monitoring running: without it, a failed panel or string goes unnoticed for months. In residential blocks it is usually the common-area bill that justifies the installation first.
