A breakdown always picks the worst moment: Friday night, a full week, the day of the inspection. A maintenance contract exists to cut down how often that happens and to set out, in writing, what follows when it happens anyway.
We start with an inventory of what is installed — make, model, age, last intervention — because you cannot maintain what you do not know about. From there the contract fixes the preventive visits, the breakdown response time and the record kept per unit. The preventive contract starts at €150 a month, with one visit and one unit included and a minimum three-month commitment.
