An electrical installation gets looked at twice: the day it is built and the day it fails. Between the two comes the inspection, and that is where you find out whether the technical file kept pace with the work or was left for later.
We deliver boards and protection devices, interior, exterior and emergency lighting, and the power, data and communications infrastructure — on new builds, extensions and replacements of older installations. On refurbishments the survey comes first: a thirty-year-old installation rarely has reliable drawings, and guessing at circuits in an occupied building is not an option. Testing, measurements and the full file are handed over with the work.
