When the electrical and the climate work come from different firms, coordinating the two always ends up on the client's desk — and the decisions nobody wants to make get left until the end, when they cost a chased wall.
We deliver both trades under one contract, with the same crew and the same programme. On new builds we come in at design stage. On refurbishments we survey what is there and propose the phasing — because a hotel, a shop or a residential block can rarely close while the work runs, and the work has to organise itself around that. Handover includes testing, certification and as-built drawings of what was actually installed.
